Boudewijn van Heezik: Co-Founder and Chief Talent Strategist.

Boudewijn is a FinTech recruiter and executive search specialist with 18+ years of experience in talent acquisition for financial technology companies. Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, he has built a reputation as a trusted FinTech headhunter across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, placing talent from mid-level professionals through to C-suite and board level at payments firms, crypto and blockchain ventures, neobanks, digital banks, and B2B SaaS companies. Before co-founding Global FinTech Talent, Boudewijn led recruitment teams at SThree in Amsterdam, where he was awarded Team Leader of the Year and Top Biller of the Year, and founded Goldfish Recruitment, a specialist talent acquisition firm operating across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Angela Ward: Co-Founder.

Angela is a FinTech recruitment leader and executive search specialist with 20+ years of experience scaling recruitment businesses and placing senior talent across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and North America. She previously served as CEO of Global Markets at Levin, where she scaled operations to a team of 175 across Amsterdam, Hamburg, and Singapore. Angela spent 17 years at SThree, rising to Regional Director for APAC and Regional Director for Benelux. At Global FinTech Talent, Angela leads executive search mandates across product, engineering, commercial, finance, and risk and compliance functions.

Angela currently serves as a board member of the Holland FinTech Association, the leading FinTech industry association in the Netherlands
